Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (England):

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr: £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr: £3.50
Special Delivery: £9.25 (Guaranteed next day delivery before 1 PM)

Orders must be placed by 1 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch. Please provide a contact number at checkout for tracking updates. Items are posted every weekday. For bulk orders, additional postage costs may apply. Note that the only guaranteed time frame for delivery is provided through Special Delivery.

Shipping to Ireland:

Tracked Post: £9

International Shipping (Excluding Ireland):

Standard International: £12-15

Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxe Tan North East we strive to make every order as magical as possible. If you change your mind please contact us with in 14 days to start a return application. Contact us at info@luxetannortheast.co.uk and please ensure that all packaging is intact and seals are not broken. However, if any products are damaged please contact us as soon as possible so that we can replace the item, please provide your order number and photographic evidence to the same email.
